Shipping & Return Policy (World Wide Customers) 

Shipping Policy 

 

Order Processing Time 

All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent once the item is dispatched from our warehouse. 

 

Shipping Method & Estimated Delivery 

We ship all orders via courier service from our warehouse (located in Taiwan). Estimated delivery times vary based on your location, typically 10-15 business days. 

InkPosters are shipped internationally to the following destinations: South America, Africa (key countries include South Africa and Nigeria), The Middle East, The Asia-Pacific Region (including Japan and Australia). If your country is not available in the list of shipping destinations when placing your order, please reach out to our Customer Service team at help@inkposter.com.

 

Shipping Rates 

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We shipped order according to DAP terms. 

These prices are based on the DAP (Delivered At Place) Incoterms.

This means that the customer (recipient) is solely responsible for paying all legally applicable import duties, customs fees, and local taxes that may be levied by the destination country upon the package's arrival.

 

Shipping Insurance 

All shipments are insured during transit against loss or damage. If your package arrives visibly damaged or is missing contents, please notify us immediately by emailing help@inkposter.com with photos and a brief description of the issue. 

If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please report this to us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the box, product, and shipping label. 

 

Delivery Acceptance

Upon receiving the package, the recipient is required to verify the completeness and integrity of the shipment in the presence of the courier or delivery personnel.

By signing the delivery receipt or Proof of Delivery (POD) document, the recipient confirms that the order has been received complete and in good condition.

This policy applies to international direct-to-consumer orders fulfilled by InkPoster from Taiwan. It may be superseded by local laws in your country, particularly for return rights and warranty claims. We will comply with any legally required consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
