Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your InkPoster product. If for any reason you're not, we're here to help.
Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for return, items must be:
- In new, unused condition;
- In the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation;
- Accompanied by the original order confirmation or receipt.
Return Authorization Required
Please contac t help@inkposter.com before sending any returns. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or rejected.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or buyer’s remorse, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Customized or personalized products
- Items damaged due to improper use, modification, or unauthorized repair
- Products returned beyond the 30-day return window
